Your data is isolated per account
Every database query runs under Postgres row-level security tied to your user ID, using a database role that cannot bypass it. One account can never read another account's rows.
Encrypted in transit
Traffic between your browser, our app, and our database travels over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
Encrypted at rest
Your data lives in managed Postgres (Neon) and Supabase, which encrypt stored data at rest at the infrastructure level.
Never used to train AI
We do not use your resume or the jobs you paste to train any model. To tailor resumes and score matches, that text is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and Voyage AI) strictly to generate your results — nothing else. Separately, a finalized tailored resume's text may be sent to GPTZero for an internal AI-detection quality check — see the next card; that provider is not currently enabled.
The AI-detection score uses GPTZero and stays internal
As an internal quality check, we can score how AI-generated a finalized tailored resume looks, using a provider called GPTZero. When active, this sends only the assembled tailored-resume text to GPTZero to compute that score — never your original uploaded file, and never the job descriptions you paste. This check is gated behind a provider key that is not currently enabled, so no tailored text is sent to GPTZero today. Whether or not it is active, the score stays internal — never shown to you, never shown to an employer, never shared. If we ever enable it, we will update this page first.
No third-party analytics running today
We do not currently run third-party product analytics or session recording. If we ever enable them, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete any resume, job, or tailoring yourself, right from the app. Deleting a resume also removes its original uploaded file and every tailoring made from it; the removal is immediate and can’t be undone. To delete your entire account and everything in it, email nextgenprecisiondrones@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
